Demand for Tourism Service Construction Remains High in Rovaniemi – New Investments Directed to Olleronvaara
A total of 11 building sites will be available for application between May 12 and July 4, 2025.
The demand for tourism plots in Rovaniemi is very high and continues to grow. To meet this demand, the city is now offering additional opportunities for tourism-related investments in the Olleronvaara area, located about a 15-minute drive from the city centre. There are now 11 tourism service building sites available for application.
By offering new plots, the city is also directing tourism to the designated areas. Olleronvaara is located along the Ounasjoki River, north of the Vennivaara residential area, and just a 15-minute drive from Rovaniemi city centre.
The area has designated building sites for tourism services in the general plan. A total of 11 building sites will be available for application between May 12 and July 4, 2025.
